I am accessing your Big TV Service for past nine months. My smart card no 200606551423 Since yesterday signals of Big TV are totally missing. I lodged a complaint with your Customer Care Department. My complaint number is 113485686. They assured me to rectify the problem with in 12 hours but no satisfactory result received.
I switched from a Local Cable Operator to Big TV in a hope that it will provide better services to me, but your services are not upto the standard. Your Customer Care department demanding me Rs 175 as service Charges to rectify the problem. Why should I pay the charges because not even your single engineers contacted me to rectify the problem.
When I contacted to your Customer Care Department after 12 hours they told me this will be rectify after 2 days. This is standard of Reliance Big TV, Which emphasis so much on quality. My children’s are crying due to non availability of Cartoon Channels. Who will responsible for this ?.
If you unable to rectify my problem with in 12 hours, cut my Big TV connection and give my money back. Hopping for positive response.
