Big TV is a Big bluff.
1. You might agree to choose one package with 150 channels and paid the amount (1 year subscription), but after one-two months you will realize that you are not getting all GOOD channels anymore. What happened? Actually Big TV has revised their packages and stopped telecasting all those channels that never come with your package under revised rates. Your fault? You are the previous/early customer to Big TV and relied too fast on them!! Sir, should I be consider under new packages? If yes, why you took my money for One Year subscription, take monthly? Why you do cheating?
2. Big TV customer care provides ultimate support to their customer – another Big Bluff – while you need it anyway. Say, you are not getting signal properly and, eventually, TV is just a blue and dumb screen; now, if you raise a ticket with Big TV customer care, you may get assurance of service within 48hrs and if you really get that service, you will get it once in a blue moon. Even they could put off your call on hold for hours.
In essence, why should you take Big TV?
Big tv doesn't have good packages when compared to other DTH Services. Hence i request to the company to provide some good entertainment to the customers, so that it can improve its business.

Plz dont take reliance Big TV Connections all are having problems in delivering the product & telecasting the channels lot of frauds in this so be carefull while buying this product . Check the product while buying this and check weather all channels are coming or not and take bill while buying they are giving normal connection and taking HD version rates .

This is to inform you that, all my above complains have not been answered till today, i am just getting assurance from customer care and promies from toll free number.
When I call toll free number they promise that they will send the technican to check and repair it, but since 2 weeks NO technician came and fixed the problem.
When i contact your team by e-mail the customer care team has a default answer (We regret the inconvenience. Kindly note that we have again taken up your issue with our field team for further review and will respond to you at the earliest. Assuring you of our best services always.)
Just words and no action.
