The DTH operator in association with Transmedia is bringing iConcerts, featuring over 1000 premium concerts (Santana, Dire Straits, Usher, Lady Gaga etc.) and live performances from variety of genres in standard and high definition format.
This makes Big TV the only operator to introduce this music service in India.

I can't believe that any company can treat a potential customer this badly . I called your customer care toll free no 1800 200 9001 on the 11 th nov and asked for a new connection.
I have called more that 15 times till now , each call takes atleast 15 mins and have alreay escalated it 5 times to customer care leaders.
The only reply i get is 'sorry ma'am very very sorry we will ensure that somebody will contact you in 24 hours' im still waiting and no one has ever contacted me.
The last call was yesterday with a so called cc leader - Raji , same assurance that soembody will reach me by 10 pm yesterday ....you can guess the outcome.
Again called today , first time i was aked to call back in 30 mins as she was busy , i did the next call i was again kept on hold for 16 mins and turnd down as no customer care leaders were free....
Now wait a minute , guess why i would be chasing BIG TV so frantically ... isnt there another DTH provider in India.Im an existing Tatasky customer and there service is awesome and they were about to install my connection for a second tv at home in 24 hrs !) My bad luck i need a particular channel 'GOD TV' which is only available with Big TV.
This is a promise i have made to my old mother who is suffering from cancer and looking to watch this TV to keep her in good spirits.!
In a world of telemarketing were companies are going all the way out to owe customers . Heres Mr Ambani and im sure a 100 more million dollar salaried executives who inspite of a customer literally begging to pay them money and buy thier product .......jus dont bother
If by some vague chance , some worthwhile person in this organisation finally makes up their mind to conatct me
