Reliance Big TV customer service is really pathetic... 5 days back I called for re-installation... everytime I call them, they say today it will be done... and as usual nothing happens... next time they will inquire... nobody called you, we are extremely sorry.. today it will be done... I think they need a BIG wake up call..
My smart card number is 200543520917
I agree with Anshuman while selling the product many promises are made but while executing the same they simply wash off their hands. In this regard a mail was also send to Anil ambani, he also failed to answere the same , most probally he mite have given the guidlines to do so.
The name defies how BIG they are to abosore public money.
Hope this reaches MR. Ambani.
I had purchased a BIG TV DTH connection, on 2nd September 2008 and had paid subscription fees for one year. The same connection was further renewed for a period of one year on 29 August 2009. Now, on 21st June 2010 I got a message on my registered cellphone that the connection is due for renewal when still two months are yet to go. I called up the Toll free Customer Care number to understand the matter and was informed that yes the connection has to be renewed latest by 24th June 2010 or else the feed will be disconnected. Here, two officers disconnected the call and the third one did try to understand my case and when I asked for a supervisor to attend to my querry, he too did the same. I asked for the seniors Name / Email ID but the reply was BLANK...Absolute NO. I wonder that a world class organisation has such weak consumer redressal system. I am crying, cursing myself that why did I take a BIG TV connection...My cable operator was better than such a service. Never mind, I am not going to sit back. I will approach the top most management and see to it that my concern is heard properly and addressed properly. I shall be writing to the press also to scale up my issue.
My name is NIPPAM SHAH. I am from AHMEDABAD and my Email ID is "nippamshah@yahoo.com"
I shall even start a BLOG for such customers of BIG TV and other DTH service providers.
I completely agree with Anshuman, Yogesh & Nippam. Big TV is one of the worst service i had come aross in my life. I took a connection 5 months back and I was told as an Anniversary pack in which i got 2 connections for 1499 and i was told that I will be getting 50% disc in the monthly subscription or min 150 per month. Am currently in 248 Rs. pack for which i need to pay only 150 only as per the offer they told. But nothing happned like that. I didnt get the 50% offer and when i called the customer care they are saying they will register complaint and my issue will be resolved in 3 days. So far i had called 4 times and every time they are telling the same answer but the issue was not yet resolved. None of the customer care people have any record of my earlier complaint and everyone is registering a new complaint. I dont know to whom to contact and resolve my problem. My advice would be, plz dont take a Reliance Big TV connection for any reason as they are completely cheating the customers and very very irresposible people when it comes to customer service, you will have to go and beg them for everything and anything as tne money is yours (Completely money minded people)... My mail id is mayilkv@gmail.com
I too facing the same problem like nippam
